At The Pant Project, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 10-day return and exchange policy for all our custom-made and ready-to-wear trousers.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Selection
Specify the reason for your return and upload 2-3 photos of the garment to ensure it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours via our authorized courier partners.
Refund or Remake
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your adjusted exchange pair.
